Questions, feedback, refund requests, or anything about GEO Checker — we’re happy to help.
An automatic acknowledgment is sent immediately when you email us, and we then reply by email; we do not offer phone support. For refund requests, please include the email address used for the purchase (see the Refund Policy).
Response time
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9). The automatic acknowledgment you receive on sending your message confirms we have it; our personal reply follows by email. We answer every request in writing so that each one gets a considered response we can act on.
What to include
To help us resolve your message in a single reply, please tell us:
- The page or site you checked — the exact URL you entered, so we can reproduce what you saw.
- For a paid report — the email address used at checkout and the order receipt from Polar (our payment provider), so we can locate your purchase.
- For a bug or unexpected result — your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows) and what you expected versus what happened.
- For a feature idea or feedback — just write freely; we read every message.
What people usually contact us about
- Refunds and billing. Payments are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record; see the Refund Policy for when refunds apply and how to request one.
- Accessing a paid report. Reports open in your browser right after payment; if you lost the page, email us with your checkout email and we will help you regain access.
- Understanding a result. If a score or finding is unclear, our guide explains every check, and we are glad to clarify your specific case.
- Data and privacy questions. See the Privacy Policy; the free checker uses no cookies and collects no personal information.
