Refund Policy

This policy covers the paid reports offered by GEO Checker, operated by Noroshi Inc. (株式会社狼煙). Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Polar (Merchant of Record).

See what you get before you pay

The free check shows your score and the specific issues found on your page, so you can see whether there is anything worth fixing before buying. The paid reports add the ready-to-paste fixes and, for the whole-site audit, a multi-page crawl. If the free check shows your page is already in good shape, you may not need a paid report at all — and that is fine.

Digital products are delivered immediately

Paid reports are digital and are delivered the moment your payment succeeds (the detailed report and generated files become available in your browser). Because the value is delivered instantly, paid reports are generally non-refundable once delivered.

For consumers in the EU and UK: by purchasing and choosing immediate access, you expressly consent to the contract being performed immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Where this consent is not obtained at checkout, your statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected.

When we will refund

We want you to feel the purchase was fair. We will issue a refund if:

• a technical problem on our side prevented the report from being generated or delivered;
• you were charged in error or made a clear duplicate purchase;
• the report materially failed to provide what was described on the purchase page.

Beyond these cases, we also consider reasonable refund requests in good faith, at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@aifriendlycheck.com (or via Contact), with the email used for the purchase and a short description. We review each request; if it is approved, we instruct Polar to refund your original payment method. Note that Polar, as Merchant of Record, may also have its own refund process and timelines.
